After Week Four

This week was not a great one for any of us but we all are resolved to do much better this upcoming week. I was not feeling well, trying to deal with some emotional stressors in my life. I was able to hit a milestone...I'm down under 300 pounds for the first time in a long while. Adam continues to lose weight and is in a close second place. Marcus has some make-up to do as his family has been sick and he's been trying to help out in that respect.

Hey Folks

We've gone mobile...we can now update from our email and phones...we're still trying to get everyone involved in the phone updates

Hey guys...just posting my first post from my phone...I'll test it out and try to start using it tomorrow

After Week 3

Things seem to be heating up now that everybody has lost at least 2% total weight from the start of the competition.  I found it very frustrating this last week when I weighed myself towards the end of the week...all the work I was putting in and I hadn't lost more than one pound.  It was Saturday morning...I was supposed to be hitting the gym in a matter of minutes.  I did not want to go...I texted the other guys and asked how there workouts had gone...before either of them responded, I felt renewed motivation just knowing that they would be at it and if I didn't go I would lose ground.  I went to the gym...I hit it hard...I burned over 1,000 calories...no workout so far has felt as good as that one did!  I got up the drive...I hit it hard...and then I came home and chilled!  Let's keep up the hard work boys...hit it hard this week and focus on nutrition...eat the right foods and your body will do the rest!  Next week is picture time...we will upload pictures at the end of this week!

After Week Two

So I have started keeping track of this on Excel but can't get it to upload the table so I just took a quick screenshot...thought it would be easier...turns out it was more complicated!  Looks like Brian kicked it into gear this week and Adam continued to lose!  Marcus...find time to make this happen brotha!  Overall, we're all making good strides but we are all still far from our goals and healthy weight!
